Finding Light in the Darkness

Hello beautiful human,

This past month has been heavy. I lost a friend to suicide, and it’s shaken me to my core. The emotions have been a rollercoaster—grief, confusion, sadness, and even moments of gratitude for the time we shared. It’s a reminder of how fragile life is and how important it is to check in on each other, to be present, and to nurture our mental and emotional well-being.

In times like these, I lean into the practices that have kept me grounded: breathwork, meditation, and hypnosis. These tools help me process emotions, move through pain, and find a sense of peace even in the chaos. If you’re going through something heavy right now, I want you to know you’re not alone.

If you need support, I invite you to book a call with me. Whether you’re struggling with loss, anxiety, or just feeling stuck, we can work together to shift your mindset and bring more light into your life.

Please, check in on your people. Reach out. Tell them you love them. And if you’re struggling, know that there is help and hope waiting for you.

With love and light,
Cooper Harrison
